Preconstruction Planning
  • Represent and assist project owners and developers with planning

  • Project scope and budget development


  • Prepare conceptual program for design team RFQ's and RFP's

  • Develop and manage RFQ and RFP process arriving at recommendation for design team

  • Develop project master schedule and master budget

Design Oversight
  • Coordinate meetings with design team and stakeholders

  • Review all phases of design documents for conformance with program goals

  • Review construction documents for constructibility, cost management, coordination and value engineering

  • Update and maintain project budget and schedule

Construction Management
  • Manage bidding solicitation process

  • Conduct pre bid conferences, site visits, evaluation of bids

  • Administer and oversee construction contracts

  • Prepare project reports, conduct meetintgs with Owner, design and construction team


  • Quality control, commissioning and project closout

Simone Pucca-Fera is a sole practitoner with over 25 years of experience in architecture and construction management. The company, founded in 2000, has a successful track record in all building types serving clients in both the public and private sectors.

Simone Pucca-Fera is a registered architect and member of the American Institute of Architecture. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Catholic University of America, as well as an MBA degree in Real Estate from Temple University.
